Dr. Alfredo Ferraz

At CAZOS – Sociedade de Advogados, RL, participates in mandates and projects with public and institutional component, with focus on regulation, public policy, and governance in African context. Acts in legal-strategic support to clients and internal teams in matters of interface with regulators and sovereignty bodies, including normative analysis, preparation of opinions, and framing of decisions with regulatory impact.

Also accompanies cross-cutting dossiers that combine corporate and operations with public density (including energy and regulated sectors), ensuring documentary consistency and institutional reading of risk. On the international axis, supports articulation with regional and multilateral entities, as well as the preparation of positions, memoranda, and cooperation instruments.

On mobility topics, provides support in migration, nationality, and legal citizenship, in coordination with the team.
