Joins CAZOS – Sociedade de Advogados, RL, as Trainee Lawyer, with focus on Law of Obligations and Commercial Contracts, and support to corporate matters. Participates in the preparation, review, and consolidation of contractual instruments, as well as in the analysis of legal-contractual risks in commercial relations and corporate contexts, always under supervision.

Also supports documentary organization and consistency control (checklists, versions, approvals, and evidence) in M&A operations and corporate restructurings, including the preparation of risk notes and negotiation points.

PhD candidate in Law at the Faculty of Law of the University of Lisbon (FDUL), brings to the firm a solid academic and investigative perspective, applying it in the analysis of complex contractual issues and in the structuring of legally grounded solutions.
